The second New England Futurity will be on Saturday October 10, 2026. A futurity is an opportunity to showcase your best animals . Bulls and Heifers are grouped into classes based on their age . Each animal has a pen set up and ready for them when they arrive. During the show the back crew will bring the cattle out one at a time . The entries will be in front of 5 experienced judges that will submit their individual scores to the score keepers. The judges are given the date of birth only. When the judges are finished the announcer will share the name, pedigree and ownership of the animal. This is a great way to showcase your brand and breeding program. The cattle do not have to be halter trained .
Lunch will be served at the conclusion of the show and the awards and prizes will be given out after lunch.
